From Aspirations to Moonshots
How the vision evolved
When Agenda 2063 was adopted in 2015 it set out The 7 Aspirations. the long term picture of the Africa we want. A decade on, the Second Ten Year Implementation Plan sharpens that picture into action. Each Aspiration is now expressed as a Moonshot, a single galvanising outcome with a number attached to it. Same vision, now built to be tracked and delivered by 2033.
